- Meet your guide at the entrance to La Colada Gourmet – the Cuban Coffee House (1518 SW 8th St). The guide will be wearing a blue polo shirt with the “Miami Boat Cruises” logo and “Guide” on it.
- Please arrive at least 20 minutes in advance of your selected departure time

- Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays.
- Tours depart on time. There are no refunds for late-comers or no-shows
- To reschedule your booking within 24-hours of departure, please call the local operator (Attractions4Us) at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Mon-Frid 8.30AM - 7.30PM; Weekends & Holidays 8.30AM - 8.30PM. There is a $15 per person rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
